Kateryna Sabanska Melillo LMFT is a practicing psychotherapist, supervisor, the founder and director of the Live Well Therapy Center. She is a trainer specializing in couple counseling and eating disorders, based in Connecticut. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 17 years of clinical experience. Kateryna was invited to come to the US and work as a psychologist intern with Dr. John Edward Lynch, a retired professor and Chair of the Department of Marriage and Family and Gestalt Therapy at Southern Connecticut State University. In 2021 Kateryna became a program therapist at Residential Treatment for Eating Disorders. Her unique background, education and work experiences make her a compassionate professional that challenges clients and at the same time helps them in safe, warm and non-judgment environment explore and process their struggles. Kateryna is a mother of two children, she loves traveling, meeting new people, and tasting new dishes. Believes that learning about the culture starts with tasting their food and smelling their flowers. All her free time she loves being outside, either hiking, laying like a seal under the sun on the beach or sliding and running through playground with her kids.
 
Nina Levine is a licensed master’s level social worker. She has experience working in clinical research-based settings, particularly supporting young adults. Through this work, she has developed an understanding of the importance of empathy and evidence-based approaches in helping individuals navigate complex challenges. She is particularly passionate about creating a safe and caring environment for people experiencing major life transitions such as infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum changes. It can be hard to ask for help, but she believes that no one should have to face these challenges alone. “I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward well-being!” says Nina.
 
Nataliia Starkova – coach, couples and family counselor trained in gestalt and CBT modalities. She specializes in crisis psychology and trauma therapy with over 10 years experience. “I love to see people happy and satisfied with life they are living. And I believe that life is all about relationships – relationships with your partner, your family, your work and career, money and health”. And if everything goes well with them – you can really enjoy life no matter what happens. Healthy and happy relationships are a great source of energy, enjoyment, motivation and support. She enjoys hiking, gardening, traveling, cooking and reading books. She has been to 74 countries and is planning to visit even more. Difficult and challenging experiences she went through in life helps her to understand different feelings and emotions.
 
Seth Stevens is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist with over 25 years of experience supporting children, pre-teens, adolescents, adults, and families. He brings extensive expertise from his long career in public schools, where he worked with students across all grade levels, partnered closely with families, and conducted psychological and educational evaluations to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth. For the past five years, Seth has focused on therapy and counseling for adolescents and adults, offering both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. He works with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, school-related stress, academic and behavioral concerns, and LGBTQ-related issues. Seth is known for his collaborative, thoughtful approach and his ability to meet clients where they are. Brenda Cullom, LCSW is a highly experienced therapist with over 30 years of experience providing individual and couples therapy to adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, medical issues, and major life transitions. Brenda offers a calm, supportive, and grounded therapeutic space where individuals and couples can gain clarity, improve communication, and work through complex emotional and relational challenges. She tailors her approach to each client’s needs, strengths, and readiness for change, meeting people where they are. With extensive experience working with couples facing communication breakdowns, infidelity, financial stress, parenting challenges, and separation or reconciliation decisions, Brenda helps partners navigate conflict with care and respect. When working individually, her deep understanding of relationship dynamics is especially helpful for clients dealing with marital stress, co-parenting concerns, and difficult family decisions.
 
Rebecca Nazario, LMSW is a bilingual therapist providing therapy in both Spanish and English. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, offering culturally responsive, trauma-informed care in a warm and supportive environment. With experience since 2014 across clinical and community settings, Rebecca helps clients navigate emotional challenges, heal from trauma, and strengthen relationships. She uses evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, and DBT, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs and goals. Rebecca is especially passionate about helping clients build emotional regulation skills, healthy boundaries, self-understanding, and self-acceptance, while collaborating with families to support meaningful and lasting change.
 
Jordyn Johnson is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides therapy for pre-teens, teenagers, and adults. He has experience in counseling, trauma-informed therapy, psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and has a particular interest in supporting adolescents and men’s mental health. Jordyn helps clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and trauma, while building healthier coping skills and emotional resilience. Jordyn focuses on creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. His approach integrates trauma-informed care and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and practical tools for managing difficult emotions and everyday stressors. He believes that every person has the capacity for growth and healing. As Jordyn often shares, “You hold the keys to unlocking every door within yourself.” His role is to help guide clients toward those doors, whether that involves exploring past experiences, strengthening self-worth, developing mindfulness practices, or navigating the challenges of growing up and adulthood.
